Mr. Gordon Tang is best known as Non-Executive Director of SingHaiyi group that deals in property management, real estate investments and property enhancement. Mr. Tang’s journey as an investor started way back in 1995, when he initiated Tang Dynasty Pte Ltd in Singapore and later Haiyi in 2003. Back then, international trade and corporate investments remained their prime areas of interest. Later Mr. Tang and his wife Mrs. Celine Tang joined hands with Neil Bush, brother of former US-president George W Bush, for Oregon-based American Pacific International Capital (APIC), which owns and manages many hotels, including California’s Hotel Metropolis.  APIC also has major assets in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.

Besides his work, which remains his prime area of interest, Mr. Tang is also the vice president of National Olympic Committee of Cambodia and president of Cambodia Sailing Federation. As for SingHaiyi, it has achieved many feats under the guidance of Mr. Gordon Tang and rest of the team. One of their initial projects was 517-unit executive condo The Vales in Sengkang. Since 2013, Mr. Tang has been focusing on acquiring distressed real estate assets in the US, with the intention of refurbishing and selling then later for a profit.
